Our story begins in the 1980s, when our founder, owner and contractor was still in high school. A simple elective class in the HVAC trade turned into a life long passion with a deep curiosity about HVAC systems and their ability to transform spaces into functional, comfortable environments. He dove into the HVAC and construction industry. Over time, he realized there had to be a better, more ethical way to offer these services.
After obtaining his Florida Class A HVAC Contractor’s License, Carlos founded E-Z Cool Air Conditioning LLC—and the rest is history.
